This place suits me perfectly! I love the indoor swimming pool, fitness centre, and the bar area. The staff even helped with my suitcases during my first stay, which I will always remember. I highly recommend it for a romantic escape!

It met my families needs for a short weekend to watch a Jay Hawk basketball game and tour the University of Kansas.

My reservation said that I would receive complimentary breakfastfor two. However, the front desk said that I did not pay enough for the room to merit a free breakfast. So I ended up paying for breakfast for two at $10.95 each and received a mediocore breakfast buffett which would have been complimentary anywhere else. My resevation clearly said that the breakfast was complimentary.

Indoor pool closed.

Hotel's staff were very helpful. The property had a savoury and very good breakfast with plenty of items to choose from.

Comfortable beds and a clean room. The indoor pool, although closed , looked inviting and well-kept. Check-in was smooth, but some attention could be paid to the staff's demeanor-it felt a bit rushed. The breakfast offerings were considerable and hit the spot. Be aware, however, that it is a pet-friendly hotel, which might lead to some unexpected noise from neighboring rooms.

I had a lovely stay with my family in a spacious room that was clean and comfortable, and we enjoyed a refreshing dip at the indoor pool. The breakfast buffet was top-notch with lots of options. Just a heads up, we were caught off guard by the breakfast charge, so check that out when you arrive. 😊

Perfect for family stays!

Check-in was easy even with the busy basketball crowd. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Our queen room was super clean and the beds were super comfy. I slept like a baby! The breakfast spread was really good too, hot and plenty to choose from. Only wish the pool had longer hours!
